livelihood so as to uplift the socio-economic
status of the community it works with.
Tibetans
in transit
LWF
Nepal, with support from UNHCR, renders services
such as accommodation, allowance, medical assistance
and transportation facility to Tibetan new arrivals
while they are in transit in Nepal before they move
to India—their preferred destination. They
do not have refugee status in Nepal.
